As a landscape photographer who's traveled the rugged terrains of Ireland and Iceland, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary delights at Temple Gate Hotel in Ennis. My visit coincided with a photography project, and after a long day capturing the mesmerizing landscapes, I was eager to tantalize my taste buds.Opting for the AA Rosette Award Winning Legends Restaurant, I found myself immersed in a culinary journey unlike any other. The three-course evening meal was a symphony of flavors, each dish expertly crafted to perfection. The ambiance was cozy, yet elegant, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.The sumptuous four-course meal at a remarkable price offered a delightful array of options, pleasing both the palate and the wallet. After such a delectable dinner, the indulgent breakfast the next morning was the perfect start to another day of exploration.The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail in presentation truly showcased the chef's expertise. From the warm atmosphere of Preacher's Pub to the refined setting of The Library for Afternoon Tea, Temple Gate Hotel succeeded in elevating my gastronomic adventure.
